The Ultrapanel HAUS system provides a unique off-site precision engineered solution for new build housing that is not only cost competitive, but also brings a number of key advantages over traditional and other methods of construction.
HAUS offers total flexibility to clients. Patented Ultrapanel technology allows for houses and roofs of varied shapes and sizes to meet client needs, along with additions such as dormers, roof lights and much more. The already exceptional thermal performance of our product can be modified easily to meet client requirements.
The HAUS systems arrive on site as a palletised kit of parts on self unloading vehicles, ready to be craned into place. As a result, an Ultrapanel wall and roof combined can be erected in a day providing a watertight envelope significantly reducing build durations.
As a sustainable construction system with exceptional thermal performance Ultrapanel is leading positive change to net zero. HAUS has been designed with the ability to reach passivehaus standards or deliver net zero carbon housing.
Ultrapanel, has been independently reviewed and accredited by the BBA and accepted by NHBC as part of their national house builder warranty scheme.
