With one seamless transaction, the precision engineered Ultrapanel system provides programme and supply chain certainty and is delivered to the site as a complete ‘room in the roof’ kit of parts including all components and fixings at a pre-agreed price.
Tried and tested by one of the UK’s most prominent housebuilders, Ultrapanel is a highly adaptable offsite manufactured roofing system designed to increase return on investment by reducing build times and rapidly increasing saleable residential space by up to 60%.
Just in Time
Designed and manufactured to order, the Ultrapanel roofing system provides programme certainty. With a lead time of only two-weeks, just in time delivery schedules offer the flexibility to adapt to changing build programmes. Mass customisation techniques at high capacity ensure simultaneous volume production of various roof types with vaulted ceilings, mezzanine floor options, and the ability to accommodate dormer or inline windows.
Proven Capability and Capacity
Ultrapanel has the proven capability and capacity to deliver custom-made ‘room in the roof’ systems at scale with a lead time of just two weeks.
Revolutionary Patented Technology
Specialist in-house design software ensures each Ultrapanel ‘room in the roof’ system delivers dimensional accuracy with assured precision and performance. The Ultrapanel roofing system can be used for existing house types, or the technical team is available to assist with new customised designs.
|A TEAM OF THREE|
|SEVEN HOURS TO BUILD THE ROOF|
Installed in One Day
Achieving critical time gains, the Ultrapanel system can be installed by a team of three with a telehandler in just one day to deliver a rapid weathertight building envelope. As well as reducing health and safety risks, using a telehandler reduces the costs and logistical complexities associated with expensive cranes.
Delivered the day prior to installation on a specialist vehicle to optimise load fill and reduce delivery miles, the precision engineered system arrives on three to four pallets as a complete ‘room in the roof’ kit of parts including all components, fixings and dormers or rooflights if required.
As Ultrapanel has no traditional roof trusses or purlins, ceilings can be vaulted, allowing space for mezzanine floors in some roof designs. Unlike traditional attic trusses where the roof rafters have to align with floor joists, a staircase can be positioned virtually anywhere to suit individual designs.
With the ability to accommodate dormer or inline windows, the varying Ultrapanel widths mean that windows can be placed precisely where the design demands, even above staircases to bring natural light into the floors below. With Ultrapanel, developers can create more useable, more saleable bedroom or home office space – increasing the selling price potential and appeal through enhanced designs.
